The institute is linked with 10 rural extension centers in Anand district, with direct service delivery at three centers. These centers provide physiotherapy for pediatric, neurological, musculoskeletal, and geriatric conditions through outpatient care, school-based programs, and community outreach. Domiciliary (home-based) physiotherapy services are offered for patients with limited mobility, ensuring continuity of care and caregiver training. The institute conducts regularhealth camps and awareness programs focusing on early detection, prevention, and rehabilitation. Through collaborations with Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, services are extended to children with special needs in schools. MoUs with National Dairy Development Board and Milcent Appliancessupport occupational health and workplace physiotherapy initiatives. The institute also contributes to inclusive sports through involvement inSpecial Olympics and Khel Mahakumbh, providing screening, injury management, and rehabilitation support.
